The Power Era with Andie Thueson: Human Design, Astrology, and Identity for Women Over 40
Your 40s are not a crisis. They are your power era.
This is a podcast for women who have done the work, checked the boxes, and still feel like something is off. If you have spent decades being the responsible one, the capable one, the one who figured it out, and you are quietly wondering when it gets to be your turn, you are in the right place.
Through Human Design, Astrology, and Gene Keys, host Andie Thueson gives you a practical map back to yourself and the tools to start making decisions from clarity instead of conditioning.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you are and finally choosing to lead from that place.
Each week: honest conversations, Human Design and astrology deep dives, and the things most coaches are too polished to say.
Hosted by Andie Thueson, Human Design analyst and identity coach.

Making Me Happy Summer: The Self-Care Reframe That Actually Changes Everything

This summer, we are doing something different. We are making it the "Making Me Happy Summer," and I want you to lean all the way in. I know that phrase might feel a little loaded at first. It did for me too. It felt selfish, self-indulgent, even a little wrong. But here is the truth: when you are running on empty, everyone around you feels it. So this episode is your permission slip to stop putting yourself last and start treating yourself with the same love and care you so freely give to everyone else.
We are talking about real self-care, the kind that happens on a soul level. Not spa days (though those are lovely), but the daily practices, the boundaries, the inner work that actually fills you back up. This is the summer to stop surviving and start thriving.
What You Will Learn
- Why "Making Me Happy Summer" is not selfish; it is necessary, and how your astrology and human design placements might be wiring you to deplete yourself
- How to identify what true self-care actually looks like for you based on your moon sign (I link to a past episode in the show notes)
- My personal morning routine as a Scorpio moon, including how I use journaling, meditation, tarot, and even Claude AI for reflection
- The importance of tracking the thoughts and words you use about yourself throughout the day, and what to do when you catch yourself being unkind
- How to build boundaries that protect your energy without building walls that keep people out
- Why generators and manifesting generators especially need to honor their inner no, and what happens when they say yes but mean no
- How the current astrology transits (Mercury in Cancer, Gemini season, and Leo season) support this summer of self-focus and emotional healing
- Why this summer is a genuine turning point as the energies shift from heavy excavation work to something lighter, faster, and more joyful
